Chief John Russo & Dr. Lew Schlosser

Rutherford Police Chief John Russo is the president of the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police and a returning guest to this podcast. A Co-Chair of the NJSACOP Chiefs Wellness Committee, the chief is also a graduate of the 268th Session of the FBI National Academy, selected as the Session Spokesperson. In 2005, he completed the NJSACOP West Point Command and Leadership Program and is now an NJSACOP Accredited Chief Executive.

Dr. Lew Schlosser, a licensed psychologist, is the managing partner at the Institute for Forensic Psychology. He has conducted more than 20,000 police and public safety psychological evaluations, including pre-employment and fitness for duty evaluations.  He is the Chief Psychologist for the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police.
